Requires five 5 years CD or electrical engineering experience in tire manufacturing industry including five 5 years working in a Mixing and Hot Prep area; programming and troubleshooting VFD Motor Drives; programming and troubleshooting Siemens PLCs, WinCC HMIs, and OPC server; directly working with industrial networks like Profinet, Profibus, Ethernet, TCPIP, and RS232; utilzing Domain and Windows User Rights and MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Teams, and Outlook; two 2 years with computer backup system like Acronis; PLC version control software like Version Dog; maintaining camera systems guidance and viewing; maintaining hydraulic and pneumatics systems; setting Ip Configuration DNS, Mask, and Gateway; and troubleshooting and maintaining Safety systems PILZ. Requires 5 U.S. and 5 international travel for training. Must be available on call 247 to provide support in the case of breakdowns.
