Specific Skills:REQUIREMENTS Requires a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Civil or Structural Engineering. Also requires knowledge, demonstrated by at least 5 years of experience in a overhead line design; b design and management of overhead line projects, including conception, design, construction and line energization; c field experience in the management and construction of overhead line projects; d various supporting structures to include 1 selfsupporting lattice steel structures and poles; and, 2 guyed lattice steel structures and poles; e work with overhead lines in relation to other utility departments, such as generation and substations, and line planning; and f use of all of the following software 1 PLSCADD; and 2 PLSPOLE; and 3 TOWER.br br STATEMENT OF BENEFICIARY QUALIFICATIONS The alien holds a Masters of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa completed in 2008.This is the equivalent to a U.S. Masters of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
