Specific Skills:Six 6 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or related occupation performing business and systems analysis, solution identification, gap analysis, and identification and prioritization of use cases for robotics process automation RPA; performing process analysis and optimization, impact assessment and feasibility analysis, costbenefit analysis, Return on investment ROI calculations, and low level and high level design; creating functional and technical documents, including Process Definition Document PDD and Solution Design Document SDD; conducting prediscovery and discovery sessions with business users to elicit business and user requirements; utilizing RPA platforms, including UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere; supporting all stages of Software Development Lifecycle SDLC, including endtoend testing, bug fixing, production issue resolution, troubleshooting, and training of software bots and programmed automation; utilizing HP Application Lifecycle Management, SQL Server Management Studio, JIRA, MS Visio, Oracle, and Sybase.
