Specific Skills:This position requires a Masters degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Statistics or related field and three 3 years of experience. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Statistics, or a related field and 5 years related progressive, postbaccalaureate experience. Must also have 12 months of experience which may have been gained concurrently with each of the following 1 reviewing network functions and identify areas for improvement; 2 data analytics and Process reviews across procurement, inventory management, and other operations planning and supply chain management systems which include reviewing of data generated from software programs like SAP; 3 managing projects across inventory management, and other operations planning and supply chain management systems which include operating software programs designed specifically for those functions, researching variance drivers and preparing root cause analysis reports and support continuous improvement; 4 reviewing historical trends, evaluating forecast and expected results, researching variance drivers, and preparing detailed reports that provide a deep understanding of the root causes of variances and support continuous improvement; 5 working closely with Business leaders conducting data analysis and simulating various scenarios, reviewing historical trends, evaluating forecast and expected results; and 6 utilizing the following tools and technologies SQL, SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, Tableau, and Demantra uses regression, simulation for forecasting future demand planning. Will accept experience gained before, during or after Masters program. Position includes a telecommute benefit within commuting distance to Minneapolisarea Target office, as directed.
