While at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, he demonstrated academic excellence as evidenced by him receiving the following awards for academic achievement Lionel H. Schipper, Q.C. Prize; Edward J Kowal 65 Prize; and Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP Prize.br br Additionally, the foreign national has been admitted to the New York State Bar since March 19, 2018. He possesses at least two years of experience as a Law ClerkAssociate practicing Derivatives. Specifically, he was employed by Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton Garrison LLP from September 11, 2017 through March 18, 2018 as a Law Clerk, Corporate Unassigned, from March 19, 2018 to January 31, 2019 as a Junior Associate, Corporate Unassigned, and from February 1, 2019 to April 2, 2021 as a Junior Associate, Derivatives. His experience includes at least two years of experience with margin loans; total return swaps; interest rate hedges, FX and currency hedges; structuring of derivative products in connection with syndicated credit facilities and project financing.br br Please note that the positions of Law ClerkJunior Associate, Corporate Unassigned and Junior Associate, Derivatives are not substantially comparable to the offered position of MidLevel Associate, Derivatives as the positions require different job duties in excess of 50 of the time. Please see Section K for additional details.br br Regarding Section H.12, please note that the employers requirements for the position are normal. First, as indicated by DOLs ONET source, the Lawyer occupation requires a JD or LL.M and several years of experience.
