Must have five 5 years of progressively responsible experience in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry with each of the following Cellbased assay development, including cellbased assay technologies and their application in biological characterization of biologics, including assays used for cytotoxicity, cellular signaling, cytokine secretion, and proliferation; Participating in assay training and performing sample testing; Cell culture, cell line characterization, cell banking, and Assay Ready Cell Bank ARCB generation; Immunology techniques, including Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay ELISA and Homogeneous Time Resolved Fluorescence HTRF; Antibody Drug Conjugates ADC; Effector function characterization of monoclonal antibodies; and Developing, qualifying, and transferring methods to Good Manufacturing Practices GMP lab.br br In the alternative, the employer will accept a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in a stated field plus two 2 years of work experience.
