Specific Skills:Full Requirements Masters Degree or foreign equivalent degree in Food Science, Food Science and Technology, or Dairy Technology plus two 2 years of experience working with dairy proteins and dairy protein powders. Experience must also include 1 managing trials for dairybased commercial processing; 2 generating formulas and analyzing data using whatif analysis tools Excel Solver, Jirav, andor iScope; 3 describing attributes of dairy properties using the Spectrum Method andor Quantitative Descriptive Analysis; 4 working with equipment used to process whey proteins andor dairy proteins; and 5 training operators to use machinery and equipment to optimize efficiencies and safety. Position will require some domestic travel two to three weeks a month for a few days each week to company sites in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Nebraska, and California.
