Specific Skills:In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Masters degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or related.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is three 3 years of experience in mechanical systems within a highvolume manufacturing setting.br br br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or related and five 5 years of progressive experience in mechanical systems within a highvolume manufacturing setting in lieu of a Masters degree or equivalent and three 3 years of experience as described above.br br Special Requirements Work experience to include Commissioning and startup mechanical installation, alignment, control system standards and configurations; Bottleneck identification and troubleshooting in mechanical systems; Lean manufacturing; Kaizen; Factory layout; and 5s. Approximately 25 domesticinternational travel required to unanticipated sites to conduct site visits and assess supplier readiness. Travel expenses to be paid by employer.
