Experience interacting regularly with other members of the rehabilitation team and nursing staff on the patients treatment plan, progress, and prognosis.br 7. Experience developing appropriate home and community programming to maintain and enhance the performance of the patient in their environment.br 8. Experience ensuring that all required written documentation is completed and appropriately placed on a timely basis.br 9. Experience complying with established agency standards and evaluation compliance.br 10. Experience submitting logs and all billing information on a timely basis.br br Must possessbr 1.
