Position also requires 10 years of related experience in Health and Safety, which must include some experience in each of the following skills Crisis and emergency management planning, coordination, and incident response execution; Development, implementation, and management of industrial health and hygiene, radiation safety, wellness and fatigue risk management programs; Risk management applications, incident investigation methodologies, and causal assessmentanalysis; Qualitative risk assessments of processes and systems related to mine site design and planning, infrastructure during construction and operation, and heavy equipment operations; Implementation and direction of Critical Control Management programs consistent with International Council on Mining and Metals guidance; Develop safety and health training programs, review and update safety manuals, and lead safety meetings to ensure compliance with OSHA Standards and safety industry best practices; and Implement first and second party auditing process as part of governance and assurance requirements.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
