Requires experience with information security solutions andor paymentfraud management solutions; internet security market threats including phishing, malware, social engineering, DDoS, and threats to consumer financial applications and PII; SOAP and REST APIs; interacting and maintaining relationships with customers in both North American and Latin American markets including Brazil; manage successful solution Proof of Concepts and demonstrations; speaking and presenting to seniorlevel contacts within customers and large tradeshow andor conference audiences; interacting with customer business and technical decision makers; consumerbased financial or eCommerce applications; databases, application servers, CentOSLinux, and network infrastructures; Fraud Management and Fraud Detection solutions; Networking and Security infrastructure devices and applications; managing complex customer requirements and situations; navigating negative customer experiences.
