Managing information technology projects, service design projects, digital design projects, including all UXUI design and full design processes such as ethnographic research, synthesis, insight generation, ideation, design, prototyping, and testing; Creating and managing custom information architectures, user flows and journeys, personas and scenarios, and wireframe artifacts, utilizing Miro, Sketch, Figma, Adobe Suite, Axure, Excel, Keynote and others. Also utilizing tools such as utilizing Jira, Confluence, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Quip, PowerPoint, Keynote and other tools, specifically for proposal writing, scoping, Project Management, budget controlling and reporting; Performing role of counselor and coach, actively participating in staff recruitment and retention activities, and providing leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Designing and conducting staff training about design process, consulting in general, proposal writing and scoping, but also trainings related to diversity and inclusion; and Manage daytoday interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients as well as internal senior execs.
