Experience must include three years of performing audits under Generally Accepted Auditing Standards GAAS, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles GAAP, and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants AICPA auditing standards; utilizing tools to confirm and interpret critical financial data; designing, implementing, and assessing deficiencies of internal controls, and testing controls; utilizing advanced Excel tools, including Pivot Tables, VLookup, and macros, and data analytics tools, including Tableau and Power BI; working with companies to prepare consolidated financial statements and disclosures in accordance with US GAAP financial statements reporting requirements and performing analytics on financial statements and analyzing financial ratios; working with complex areas of clients balance sheets and income statements, including goodwill, complex investments, and management estimates; determining riskbased external audit procedures and current accounting and auditing guidelines; interacting directly with senior management of the audit team and audit clients to discuss auditing findings, issues, and resolution; and supervising engagements, including full life cycle of audit, staffing, budgeting, and closing out projects.
