Must have three years of experience withbr Implementing SAP Plant Maintenance PM and customer service solutions for various industries including oil and gas, utilities, fleet and manufacturing;br Working across all phases of the Waterfall and Agile project delivery and software development lifecycles SDLC for the design, development, testing and implementation of SAP Enterprise Asset Management EAM solutions for enterpriselevel clients;br Interfacing directly with client stakeholders in business blueprint and process workshops during design process to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, identify various business processes, document process flow diagrams in ARIS and MS Visio and prepare business blueprint documents;br Using functional knowledge of plant technical asset maintenance management processes to inform the design and development of SAP Enterprise Asset Management solutions;br Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communication of updates to internal and external stakeholders using MS Project and SharePoint;br Coordinating the project activities of onshore crossfunctional and offshore team members to ensure the timely and quality completion of project deliverables;br Using HP Application Lifecycle Management ALM to design, execute and lead manual and automated Functional Unit Testing, Configuration Unit Testing, System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions;br Identifying defects and tracking and managing their resolution using HP ALM and Remedy; andbr Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments using third party software and TraintheTrainer methodology.br Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
