Experience must have included Application of GMs Statistical Red X Methodology, root cause blow molding and injection molding customer defects specific to Washer Fluid Systems, HVAC Systems, Air Induction Systems and Interior Systems; Ensuring vehicle Interior system commodities meet FMVSS Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards; Direct Tier 1 Tier 2 sequencing supplier experience as it relates to working in multinational plants in order to execute and ensure quality and manufacturing systems in automotive JIT just in time environment; Ensuring IATF 16949 2016 Audit and Global Manufacturing Systems GMS standards are met and maintained; Conducting plantwide communications and meetings regarding all quality reported concerns, IATF standings, customer specific requirements, 5S and plant rules and guidelines as well as weekly report out findings to C.O.O.; Ensuring quality standards of manufactured blow molded and injection molded automotive parts; Lead APQP Advanced Product Quality Planning team during new product launches and be responsible for PPAP submissions and development of Core Tool documents and quality inspections for all plant processes; Implement BIQS Built in quality systems at automotive manufacturing site to improve plant quality performance and ensure Fords Q1 Manufacturing Site Assessment is maintained and all customer targets are met; Complete on site and virtual Supplier Audits and Assessments in order to help develop and improve each supplier to meet higher customer expectations and Quality Standard requirements; and Implement an IPPM blitz program that records and tracks internal quality issues in production to help identify key areas that require corrective actions for sustainable improvements.
