Specific Skills:Must have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field and 10 years of software engineering experience. Must have 5 years experience using and debugging interfaces that employ common communication and electrical protocols, such as Ethernet, RS232, RS485, I2C, etc. Must have 6 years experience designing and implementing complex software modules. Has worked in Agile software development teamsprojects for at least 2 years, in roles including Developer and Scrum Master. Served as the technical lead on multiple successful software development and debugging tasks on Linux and using Java. Has worked on at least three separate complex software systems and platforms i.e. Multithreaded applications that interface with hardware and have graphical user interfaces GUIs with defined APIs to the system, or Highly responsive under heavy loads interfacing with various MMIs or GUIs. Has successfully assessed system impacts of at least 10 new componentsdevices, hardware modifications, or software changes. Will accept a Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field plus 8 years of the abovelisted experience or a Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field plus 6 years of the abovelisted experience.br br Employer accepted any suitable combination of education, training or experience consistent with H.4 through H.10 above.
