Position also requires demonstrable experience with each of the following Design and administration of logical and relational databases in diverse technological environments; DBMS and OS technologies; File structure, design, retrieval and access methods and related tasks; Systems development process and business processes; IT concepts, strategies, and methodologies; Understanding of the Relational Db2 and Hierarchical IMS data models and Agile development methodology Demonstrable knowledge of database architectures and technical standards including each of the following DB2 and IMS on zOS, Database Performance and Tuning,br Application usage methods, Database Utility methodologies online, readonly, offline capabilities, Database Security standards and reporting; Database administration tools and zOS utilities including BMC Db2 zOS products for Catalog Manager, Change Manager, Mainview, DB Recovery, and IBM Db2 Catalog, ISPF, JCL, and REXX; Application architecture and design principles; Infrastructure architectures including backup and recovery systems; CA Endevor, ESP, to manage and schedule application and database utility jobs; and Applications hosted on IMS v1013 or Db2 v811.
