Provide technical and operations support to the commissioning of two new mines and processing plants and provide technical support by reviewing process design and providing feedback on process equipment and piping and instrumentation layouts. Lead and facilitate several PHAs Process Hazard Analysis as subject matter expert and PHA process certified trained professional, to identify, evaluate and establish methods to eliminate andor control hazards in mining processes. Lead Root Cause Analysis to identify and eliminate performance gaps of mining and processing equipment, personnel, and processes by investigating the loss events with several investigation techniques such as timelines, causeeffect trees, and root cause maps, and develop recommendations to eliminate the recurrence of the incidents complying with Chemours safety, health, and environmental policies. Determine and initiate the site MOCT management of changetechnology processes prior to making changes to the process at the mining and processing facilities by identifying the purpose of change. Communicate the description of change with the stakeholders, review impact on any operating permits and regulatory requirements, modify operating procedures, update training protocols, and obtain approvals and authorizations. Utilize SAP System Applications and Products in Data Processing software to write work notifications that support the formal work managing process. Identify bottlenecks in mining and processing areas by performing data analysis and applying engineering solutions using data and trends with AspenTech software; present the findings to the stakeholders providing guidance on steps to eliminate issues. Provide site support by providing customers, vendors, new hires, Clevel executives and managers with onsite technical framed visits to the operating areas, introducing details of the mining and processing facilities.
