Must have three years of experience withbr Managing information technology projects including development and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of big technology investments ranging from requirements to architecture, design to development, and testing to deployment as discrete services or comprehensive solutions, utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning packaged ERP solutions, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration and APIs, Cloud Migration, Cloud Managed Services, Workday EIB, Workday iLoad, and Workday Extend;br Managing and delivering components of engagements, including managing teams that participate in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design including scenario design and flow mapping, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures within the full Software Development Life Cycle SDLC, utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies;br Performing role of counselor and coach, actively participating in staff recruitment and retention activities, and providing leadership and support for delivery teams and staff;br Managing assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities in both Cloud and OnPremise Enterprise Resource Planning packaged solutions, and estimating time and resources needed for the development work, Enterprise Data Management, Enterprise Identify Management and Enterprise Security Setup;br Participating in development efforts by creating Statements of Work SOW, proposal development, and client presentations for projects implementing Workday, Oracle or SAP based enterprise solutions;br Developing, maintaining, and managing project schedule and deliverables in projects using Cloud and OnPremised based enterprise resource planning Workday, Oracle, Infor, and SAP packaged solutions, including data cleansing and conversions, interface design and development, and systems development life cycle;br Managing business processes, scenario development, and technical implementation, as well as leading development, testing and deployment, for projects requiring onpremise to cloud and cloudtocloud migration of enterprise master data;br Creating plans to mitigate risks and issues over the course of the project and managing the scope using change management processes including Enterprise Risk Management, Jira and Smartsheet based methodologies; and,br Managing project deliverables per business specifications and agreed timelines, utilizing Oracle and Workday based solutions.br br Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.br br 80 Travel required nationally.br Telecommuting permitted.
