Specific Skills:This position requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology or related field and 5 years related progressive, postbaccalaureate experience. Must also have 12 months of experience which may have been gained concurrently with each of the following 1 implementing expertise in data governance, master data management and information security; 2 working in, and supporting a core HCM system including Workday, PeopleSoft, and SAP; 3 implementing knowledge and understanding of HR data, its application, and the HR business processes that generate this data; 4 working with Data Management, Data Profiling, Data Quality, Data Glossaries, Data Catalogs, Taxonomy, Data Modeling, Metadata, Data Discovery, Business Semantics, Reporting Dashboards and Visualization, ETL, Data Intake, Search, Data Architecture; 5 working with the following tools and technologies Reltio, Informatica MDM, Informatica Power Center, Informatica IDQ, Tableau, Microstrategy, Oracle, and Teradata. Position includes a telecommute benefit within commuting distance to a Minneapolisarea Target office, as directed.
