Specific Skills:Skills required Experience advising corporate or investor clients on financing and hedging transactions involving options, forwards and swaps. Demonstrated knowledge of macroeconomic and fixed income concepts. Demonstrated knowledge of corporate credit analysis fundamentals and U.S. credit rating agency and bank credit scoring methodologies. Demonstrated knowledge of measuring and effectively hedging ancillary exposures to a credit transaction including duration risk and foreign exchange risk. Experience with financial analysis using excel addin functionality from financial data providers Bloomberg and FactSet. Experience in data mining and analyzing secondary trading datasets from sources including Bloomberg, ICE, Reuters, TRACE, and sellside databases. Demonstrated knowledge of LSTA syndicated loan documentation standards and ISDA concepts for derivatives trading. Demonstrated knowledge of key differences between different corporate debt issuance formats Registered, 144A or private placements issued via Section 4a2 exemption. Demonstrated knowledge of fixed income market subsectors and corporate bond markets including credit default swaps, credit index products and interest rate derivatives. Experience applying Basel III regulatory capital framework to estimate capital requirements to support financing or trading transactions. Demonstrated knowledge designing and formatting presentation materials in Microsoft PowerPoint to support a banking pitch or articulate an investment thesis.
