Specific Skills:Minimum skills required Demonstrated knowledge of Securitized Products, including U.S. multiseller assetbacked conduits and U.S. assetbacked commercial paper market. Demonstrated knowledge of taxoriented investments. Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. and foreign interest rates and foreign exchange markets. Demonstrated knowledge of the Administrative Agent role and duties in complex syndicated securitizations. Demonstrated knowledge of Excel, including utilizing combinations of sophisticated formulas to achieve needed analysis, building complex VBA macros, modeling skills, and ability to integrate and optimize Excel with other tools and applications. Demonstrated knowledge of Global Transfer Standards policies to provide expertise and leverage standard solutions to deliver detailed ways to identify control breaks and mitigate risk with payment inputs. Experience implementing new and effective strategies, goals for efficiency improvements and simplification of funds transfer processes within robust wire systems. Experience monitoring and overseeing the execution of FX spotforward transactions on an integrated platform without errorfail through standardized processes, focusing on efficiency and caution. Experience troubleshooting and researching to identify any process breaks or root cause of issue to enhance controls. Experience developing plans and strategies that improve and streamline BAU processes in an effort to strive for the best internal governance and controls. Experience collaborating effectively with internal and external teams on BAU functions that are highly time sensitive and seeing all tasks through to the end to ensure no adverse impacts to downstream processes to other teams and functions.
