Specific Skills:Bachelors degree U.S. or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent years of experience; three 3 years experience working in the capacity of a Software Quality Assurance SQA specialist role; three 3 years experience defining, prioritizing, and communicating test requirements, test results, and SQA related tasks; three 3 years experience leading SQA efforts and managing defect tracking; three 3 years experience planning and managing implementation of SQA activities including test strategy, iteration planning, and capacity planning; three 3 years experience in Agile and Scaled Agile Framework SAFE; three 3 years experience using Microsoft Test Manager, Team Foundation Server, or equivalent test tools; two 2 years experience developing Test Automation frameworks using Selenium C# Web Driver; two 2 years experience writing JUnit or equivalent tests for the application development team and Test Automation framework; one 1 year experience with MS SQL Server, IBM DB2, or equivalent relational database; one 1 year experience with MS.NET or equivalent development environment; one 1 year experience testing application backend processing using SQL Server, andor interfaces between systems where no GUI testing was involved; familiar with processes and procedures using IT industry standards; knowledge of Software Quality Assurance SQA and the following testing methodologies Functional, Integration, System, Regression, and Sanity Testing; attention to detail; strong interpersonal skills and ability to cultivate relationships with internalexternal stakeholders; strong verbal and written communicator; possess analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to effectively communicate with higher management and stake holders; knowledge of the following languages XML, HTML, C#, SQL, PLSQL, and VB Script; knowledge of the following technologies SOAP, REST API, and Web Services; knowledge of the following test automation frameworks Page Object Model, Data driven, Keyword driven, Hybrid, BPT, and Linear.
