Experience must include one year of analyzing U.S. intangibles and costsharing regulations and their OECD counterparts; drafting transfer pricing reports for multilateral Advance Pricing Agreements, Business Model Optimization, and global tax compliance in accordance with IRC 482 and OECD guidelines; utilizing tax research tools including BNA and LexisNexis, transfer pricing databases, including Compustat, Bureau van Dijk, RoyaltyStat, Osiris, SP Capital IQ, Amadeus, Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE, and ktMINE, and statistical software, including MS Excel, R, Python and STATA to conduct transfer pricing analysis; applying new regulatory principles and guidelines under OECDs Base Erosion and Profit Shifting BEPS initiative, preparing countrybycountry reports, functional modules, Masterfile to document clients global business structure, and the functional and risk related information; performing annual ASC 740 reviews on transfer pricing reserves, scoping, managing, and executing largescale audits, and reviewing workpapers and memos; utilizing various economic modeling methods, including discounted cash flow, realistic alternatives, income method, residual profits, services costs, and other relevant methods as described in the U.S. transfer pricing regulations under IRC 482 and their OECD counterparts, to perform valuation of intangibletangible asset as it relates to transfer pricing; performing strategic transfer pricing planning, service cost allocation, audit defense, litigation support, and advance pricing agreement negotiations, and managing overall client engagements, including scheduling, budgeting, client correspondence, and billing; utilizing MS Excel to perform analytical modeling, utilizing advanced addins, including Solver, for optimization analysis and simulations, and utilizing Data Analysis and R to perform regression analyses; utilizing financial data repositories and modeling tools, including LoanConnector and LCD, and utilizing investment management fund databases, including Lipper, Eurekahedge, and EurekaPrivate, to perform economic analyses; and overseeing remotely located personnel within or outside of the United States and performing activities including assigning tasks.
