Specific Skills:Requires a bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in food science, food safety, biology or related field as well as an MBA and 3 years of experience in the position offered or 3 years of experience performing food safety program implementations in airline catering, including food production and supplier approval. Also requires 3 years of experience setting food safety programs according to the regulation and integrating food safety programs with customer and corporate standards; conducting food safety risk assessments for new process and new business; driving food safety innovation; and implementing food safety traceability. Requires following certifications preventative control qualified individual training and Food Safety HACCP as well as at least one of the following GFSI for food manufacturing certifications SQF, FSSC 22000, BRC or IFS. May require up to 50 travel. Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently. Employee reports to office in Dulles, VA. Position may work from home, must live within commuting distance of stated office. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
