Specific Skills:In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Engineering, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, or related.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is five 5 years of progressive experience in manufacturing engineering, supplier quality, quality engineering or a combination thereof.br br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept a Masters degree or equivalent in Engineering, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, or related and three 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, supplier quality, quality engineering or a combination thereof in lieu of a Bachelors degree or equivalent and five 5 years of progressive experience as described above.br br Special Requirements Work experience to include Statistical Process Control SPC; Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing GDT; Lean Manufacturing; Experience managing safety critical parts; and Project Management. Approximately 35 international and 5 domestic travel required to address product launch needs e.g., product industrialization activities, supplier audits, production line readiness review, and qualification in China, Taiwan, and in the U.S, as well as to provide support and resolve quality issues at supplier sites. Travel expenses to be paid by employer. Successful completion of reference and background checks is required.br br Special requirements defined at H.14 not to be conflated with H.8C andor H.10A.
