Specific Skills:Juris Doctor J.D. or Master of Laws LL.M. or foreign equivalent, and 4 years of experience in position offered or as an Associate, Solicitor, or Trainee Solicitor at an international law firm with annual revenues in excess of 1 billion.br br All required experience must have included providing transactional and regulatory advice to banks, asset managers, other financial institutions, and large corporations on derivatives and structured finance transactions including dealcontingent hedging transactions, interest rate and foreign exchange swaps and credit derivatives and the related global financial regulatory requirements covering overthecounter derivative transactions, including the DoddFrank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and the European Market and Infrastructure Regulation; documenting complex derivatives transactions based on the documents and materials published by the International Swaps Derivatives Association, Inc.; using knowledge of U.S. and English derivatives market and regulations to draft transaction documentation including hedging ISDAs, dealcontingent hedge documents, derivative transaction confirmations, credit support documents, account control agreements, security agreements, and repo documentation, legal opinions and memoranda, and to advise clients on changes in regulation and market risks pertaining to derivatives transactions; and advising large financial institutions and corporate clients on hedging transactions in the context of structured and project finance transactions, uncleared margin rules, longevity swaps and various security and collateral arrangements.br br Must be admitted to New York State Bar.br br br Alien was admitted to New York State Bar on November 2, 2020.
