Must also have 12 months of experience which may have been gained concurrently with each of the following 1 developing analytics and automating reports using Workday configuration, business objects, data sources, calculated fields and advanced MS Excel, Word, and Project; 2 building XML transformations for integrations and web services; 3 performing Workday HCM implementation and ongoing maintenance of HCM business processes and technology; 4 using Workday Inbound and Outbound EIBs Enterprise Interface Builders, Report Writer, BIRT, Calculated Fields, Core Connectors, Cloud Connectors, and Workday Studio; and 5 building complex integrations and working with external vendors to ensure all data is secure in transmission encrypted and shared according to requirements and technical specifications.
