Specific Skills:Must have two 2 years of design experience with all of the following 1 Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; 2 Bluebeam Revu and Newfoma 3 modeling using 3D software AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp; 4 translating architects sketches and CAD documents into realized 3D models and images; 5 working on all architectural phases of a project from Schematic Design to Design Development through Construction Documentation floor plans, powercomm plans, RCPs, construction details, specifications and Construction Administration; 6 working knowledge of building codes and regulations, agency standards, building materials, specifications, and construction techniques; 7 preparing and submitting Department of Building filings; 8 preparing LEED documentation where required; AND 9 Knowledge of LEED and LEED project experience.In the alternative, we will accept a Bachelors Degree or foreign equivalent in Architecture, Sustainable Design, Interior Design or related field, plus five 5 years of progressive postbachelorfs design experience.
