Specific Skills:The position requires at least a Bachelors Degree in Pharmaceutical Science or closely related field and 8 years of experience in health services research, epidemiology, health policy, economics or related field.br br In lieu of a Bachelors Degree in stated fields and 8 years stated experience, will accept a Masters degree and 5 years of experience, or a PhD and 1 year of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in health services research, epidemiology, health policy, economics or related field.br br Also requires experience in the followingbr br Operationalizing scientific projects using observational and epidemiological study design techniques in the area of health economic and outcomes research HEOR within agreed timelines.br Writing protocols for observational studies following guidelines developed by the International Society for Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research ISPOR and other pharmaceutical industry standards for development of realworld evidence.br Designing data collection forms that are consistent with the data collection requirements to achieve research objectives, and that answer research questions set forth by clients.br Performing review of data in collaboration with analysts and statisticians to ensure data query resolution occurs in a timely and complete manner, and results of data analysis are conducted in compliance with the statistical analysis plan.br Conducting ongoing budget review and collaborating with crossfunctional areas to effectively manage projects to completion within budget and timeline.
