Specific Skills:In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrialization Engineering or related.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is four 4 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supplier Quality, Industrialization Engineering or a combination thereof.br br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept a Masters degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrialization Engineering or related and two 2 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supplier Quality, Industrialization Engineering or a combination thereof in lieu of a Bachelors degree or equivalent and four 4 years of experience as described above.br br Special Requirements Academic background, internship or work experience to include Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing GDT; CAD and 2D Drawing; SPC Statistical Process Control; Manufacturing processes e.g., casting, injection molding, or CNC machining; Measurement gauges and methods used for dimensional analysis e.g., CMM, Vision System, Blue light Scanner, Caliper, micrometer, dial indicators or pin gauges; Root Cause Analysis e.g., 8D, 5 why or fishbone; Statistical analysis for manufacturing processes to determine process capability Cpk and Ppk; and Testing processes e.g, torque validation, spin out, shear or tensile tests. Approximately 15 domestic and 25 international travel required to Tier 13 suppliers and tooling companies for assessments, development and qualification approvals. Travel expenses to be paid by employer. Successful completion of reference and background checks is required.br br br Special requirements defined at H.14 not to be conflated with H.8C andor H.10A.
