Additionally, the foreign national has been admitted to the New York State Bar since January 14, 2019. She possesses at least three years of experience as a Law ClerkAssociate practicing in the area of corporate finance law. Specifically, she was employed by Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton Garrison LLP from September 12, 2018 to January 13, 2019 as a Law Clerk, Corporate Unassigned, from January 14, 2019 to January 31, 2020 as a Junior Associate, Corporate Unassigned, and from February 1, 2020 to November 10, 2021 as a Junior Associate, Financing. Her experience includes providing support to senior attorneys on all aspects of large hundredmilliondollar to multibilliondollar and complex financing transactions for sponsors, borrowers and lenders.br br Please note that the positions of Law ClerkJunior Associate, Corporate Unassigned and Junior Associate, Financing are not substantially comparable to the offered position of MidLevel Associate, Financing as the positions require different job duties in excess of 50 of the time.
