Customer specific implementation and operational efficiency improvement TCO projects; Automate the entire SAP operation and maintenance with SAP Landscape Management tool, includes Planning, defining, Implementation, preparing technical test strategy for execution of entire solution E2E; Handle critical customer production down situations, escalations or severe performance situations and provides technical expertise on troubleshooting skills as a deescalation specialist; Collaboration with different teams from within the Delivery organization and outside to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. 20 travel required to various client sites nationwide.
