Specific Skills:Job requires a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field and 10 years of experience in the job offered or in manufacturing operations program management.br br Must have 5 years of experience in each of the followingbr br Total Performance Management TPM, or similar integration in manufacturing including leading activities for carrying out one of the nine pillars;br Applying Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools and methodologies including DMAIC;br ISO 14001 or similar environmental management system and ISO 9000 or similar quality management system;br Project management including leading high performing teams and remotely coordinating multisite initiatives;br Digital enterprise solutions and reporting tools including Microsoft Power BI, SAP, AMM or CMS.br br Must also possess Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification and JIPM TPM training or certification.
