Specific Skills:Requires a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a directly related field plus seven 7 years of related experience in instrumentation or controls engineering.br br Must have six 6 years of experience in each of the following experience may be gained concurrentlybr Performing SIL calculationsbr SmartPlant Instrumentation INtools SPI high level userbr Full project life cycle experience from FEL II through project closeoutbr Preparing and reviewing LOPA documentsbr Preparing and reviewing SIF Safety Instrumented Function test proceduresbr Supporting estimating group at each project phase through various means including instrument specifications and bid processesbr Assisting process group in development of PIDs and client reviewsbr Working directly with clients and vendors in developing designbr Developing Instrumentation and Controls design deliverables such as instrument specifications, instrument inquiry, purchase requisition packages, instrument indices, cause and effect diagrams, or level sketchesbr br Must have four 4 years of experience in each of the following experience may be gained concurrentlybr Field experience specifically with hot cutover, turnover, loop check, and commissioning checkoutbr Managing construction and client in testing of SIF test proceduresbr br Will accept a Masters degree plus six 6 years of required experience in lieu of Bachelors degree plus seven 7 years of required experience. Must be willing and eligible to obtain or currently hold a valid Transportation Worker Identification Card TWIC. Must have ISA84 SIS Certification.
