Specific Skills:Requires a bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in applied computer science, computer science or a related field and 3 years of experience in the position offered or 3 years of experience writing and executing the unit test cases and test each piece to verify the basic functionality before comprehensive testing. Requires 3 years of experience debugging and resolving any code or interface problems encountered by the Software EngineerTest Engineer; fixing function testing issues andor client issues; building the code according to the technical specifications, detailed design, maintainability, and coding and efficiency standards; using code management processes and tools to avoid versioning problems; ensuring that the code does not affect the functioning of any external or internal systems; performing peer reviews of code to ensure it meets coding and efficiency standards; performing Project Planning, Tracking, Reporting; understanding the detailed tasks required to create the code based on project specifications; and creatingupdating the initial coding estimates for assigned tasks. Requires 18 months of experience developing complex programs implementing Object Oriented Programming Concepts OOP using various design patterns; developing the LINQ and Lambda Expression query to iterate through the database objects retrieved from entity framework; using dependency injection to achieve Separation of Concerns of construction and use of objects; performing phases of Software Development Life Cycle SDLC including planning, analysis, design, implementation and maintenance of webbusiness applications using Agile Methodologies; using Source Code Control Systems; using MSTest to unit test the code; and writing Stored Procedures, Views, and User Defined Functions using MS SQL Server.
