Specific Skills:This position requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science and Information Technology, or another closely related field and 5 years related progressive, postbaccalaureate information technology support experience. Must also have experience which may have been gained concurrently with each of the following 1 Three years of experience providing technical onsite and remote IT support for software platforms, software applications, and hardware including PC, MAC and Laptops, Printers, IP Phones, monitors, fax machines, projectors, Zoom computers, company and personal devices; 2 One year of experience using SAP, Adobe, MS Office, Windows 10 and Windows 7, Active Directory, Exchange Admin, JAMF, Intune management, Citrix, Team Viewer, Log Me In, and Microsoft Remote Desktop; 3 Identifying system requirements and implementing new systems to support business operations; and 4 Training endusers on IT systems and leading technical staff. All experience may have been gained concurrently. Domestic and international travel is required approximately 15 of the time.
