Must have four 4 years of experience with all of the following Performing quantitative methods in valuation and financial analysis and modelling; Statistical and econometric analysis; Statistical programming languages such as Stata and SAS; Regression analysis and event studies; Reviewing financial statements, annual reports, and 10Ks; Performing analyses of large datasets including data management, preparing data summaries and plotting graphs; Writing Stata programs to import, manipulate, and export data; Writing SAS programs to import, manipulate, and export data; Using functions and macros in Microsoft Excel to automate tasks and perform data analysis; Creating intuitive data visualizations and trial exhibits for nontechnical audiences; Knowledge of financial instruments such as securities and exchanged traded derivatives; Using financial databases such as Bloomberg, FactSet, and Morningstar to obtain economic data and carry out research; and Maintaining an understanding of current US securities laws and principles.
