Experience in Product development or microprocessorbased system design for a highly regulated industry e.g., Rail, Defense, Nuclear or Space;br 2. Experience with International safety standards IEC, IEEE, AREMA, and CENELEC;br 3. Experience in Product safety engineering for railway signaling products andor system;br 4. Experience in Intrinsically failsafe product and Redundant failsafe product, including safety architecture 2oo2 or 2oo3;br 5. Experience in Software development and validation, complying with IEEE and EN50128 for SIL4 standards;br 6. Experience working with Independent Safety Assessors for product certification in accordance with international standards;br 7. Experience with hazard analysis, hardwaresoftware hazard analysis, and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis, Fault Tree analysis, Hazard logs and Safety Cases;br 8. Experience in coordinating activities for a team of up to five engineers; andbr 9.
