The position also requires experience with the following skills Five 5 years of experience with the following 1 Development of equipment and processes for battery decoration and separation for shipment in accordance with engineering standards and quality requirements; 2 Development of equipment and processes for conveyance, storage, and internal distribution of batteries; 3 Development and design of automatic labeling machinery, palletizing, material handling, and barcode generation and scanning; 4 Reading, drafting, and modifying various machines electrical control schematics using AutoCAD; 5 Defining processes through process flow diagrams and PFMEA Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis; 6 Writing ladder logic utilizing RS Logix 500, RS Logix 5000, Siemens Step 7, Omron CX for process and machine control, including OnOff and PID loop control; 7 Development of applications for automatic battery inspections. Maintaining, troubleshooting, and modifying Cognex vision systems applications; 8 Troubleshooting, commissioning and programming Fanuc and Motoman robots; 9 Troubleshooting, commissioning and configuring AB Kinetix6000 and Ultra 3000 servo drives; 10 Troubleshooting, commissioning and programming of RS Bizware, Indusoft SCADA Systems and HMI AB Panel View; and 11. Using Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing.
