The Press Supervisor position requires two 2 years of supervision experience in ceramic tile production because as a Press Supervisor, requires management of the ceramic press department, delegation of resources and prioritizes needs for the department. The Press Supervisor position requires two 2 years of experience with communication skills because there is need to communicate production needs to the press department, reviewing quality control issues with other production supervisors, and coaching team on performance. The Press Supervisor position requires two 2 years of experience with organizational skills because this position is responsible for inventory management, delegation of duties, prioritization of projects and production specifications.
