Specific Skills:Must have at least a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline, plus at least 10 years of progressive postbaccalaureate experience in a Reliability Engineering role in a Chemical Manufacturing Plant.br br Of the required experience, must have at least 8 years of experience in each of the following areasbr br Utilizing SAP Plant Maintenance SAP PM;br br Applying RBI Riskbased Inspection principles, statistical analysis of failure data including uptime and Weibull analysis;br br Conducting Root Cause Failure Analysis and incident investigation including ICAMS;br br Development, training and implementation of Mechanical Integrity Programs for static equipment;br br Conducting Mechanical Integrity Audits;br br Applying API standards and NDT Techniques and Utilizing Risk Based Inspection RBI process in ammonia plants;br br Managing of contractors in engineering studies including Metallurgy Failure Analyses, Vibration analyses, Finite Element Analyses, or Computing Fluid Dynamics;br br Developing repair plans for mechanical equipment, pressure vessels, piping circuits and storage tanks based on ASME PCC2;br br Developing, reviewing and approving Inspection Test Plans for new equipment and repairs; andbr br Facilitating Failure Mode and Effects Analysis FMEA workshops.br br Must hold Corrosion Technician certification. Employer will accept certification from AMPP, NACE or SSPC.
