Specific Skills:Position requires either a Masters degree or an equivalent foreign degree in Computer Science or a closely related field and 5 years of experience as a Software Quality Engineering Manager or a Bachelors degree or an equivalent foreign degree in Computer Science or a closely related field and 7 years of experience as a Software Quality Engineering Manager.br br Must also have 5 years of experience which can have been gained concurrently with either of the required listed above with the following i performing quality assurance and testing for SaaS application development through the entire development lifecycle using Agile best practices; ii automation test methodologies and tools including specifically Selenium and TestNG; iii building, managing, defining and implementing QA methodologies, processes, procedures, systems and schedules that will ensure delivery of predictable, highquality product releases; and iv defining and driving testing strategy and plan for complete product releases, including regression, functional, exploratory and other testing.
