  • Specific Skills:Cont. form H.11 conduct BIM organization for all documents, and utilize management tools such as Dynamo efficient production and optimization of the workflow; prepare client and public presentations, workshops, and meetings, using 2D3D CAD and building information modeling programs, including Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and SketchUp, analysis and computer skills to develop 3D building computer models and images, and presentation image; work in conjunction with sustainable design leadership in continued improvement and development of highperformance design to maintain and improve quality and consistency of design environment and deliverables; make corrections as indicated by the Project Architect to inprogress sets of design development and construction documents; conduct construction administration via site visits and issuance of field reports, punch list, and detailed review of subcontractors shop drawings, submittalscut sheets on materials equipment, review of structural construction for architectural coordination, HVAC system layout and installation, installation of lighting fixtures, and installation of electrical equipment.br br Requires Bachelor of Architecture 5 year or foreign equivalent plus 2 years of experience to include assisting with programming, strategic planning, phasing, predesign, and design phases of aviation and transportation facilities, including new construction, renovation, tenant improvement, and master planning; meeting with client representatives for presentations and workshops, analysis of goals and needs, develop programmed space spreadsheets, narrative summaries, room data sheets, adjacency diagrams, graphic content, and prepare final Developed Project Program document; researching domestic and international building codes, zoning regulations, collecting data, assemble reports, and presentations to incorporate research and data into architectural designs; preparing design criteria for aviation and transportation facilities, conducting research of aviation industry standards and trends, federal aviation regulations, airport research programs, and incorporating them into campus design criteria and architectural designs; surveying and researching existing baggage systems in aviation facilities, coordinating with baggage design consultants and other disciplines to develop baggage system approach for incorporation into architectural designs; participating in discussions with clients and consultants, coordinating communication between licensed Architects, design principal and other internal and external team members as well as clients during the evolving of the design; utilizing BIM specialty to produce and document the phasing alternate of large airport modernization projects to allow continued operations of airport throughout construction; coordinating with airfield consultant, civil engineers, and senior architect to provide viable solutions for airport; working closely with project manager and other team members, coordinating project program requirements and design effort to achieve project goals within target budget, produce Intergraph to document and track existing program area, current program area, target program area, and difference between them during daytoday design progress, and using those data to facilitate program effort, presentations and report; conducting site survey of existing conditions programs, processing capacity, tenants and owner information, special operation functions, collecting, and documenting asbuilt drawings, building document dictionary per clients needs; building 3D site digital massing by using Sketchup, Rhino, Navisworks, for further studies, incorporating data from Mattport scan and point cloud in recap for modeling accuracy; designing and building large scale building models by handmaking or using 3d printer, and utilize SLA, SLS printer, or CNC machines to meet the needs of different projects; Cont. in K.9 Job 1
