Specific Skills:The three 3 years of urban design planning work experience must include experience with all of the following 1 Conceptualize and design comprehensive projects that include master plans, new town plans, facilities master planning, general and specific plans, site feasibility, and land use analysis for a variety of clients and diverse industries including hospitals, universities, media, public agencies, cities, resorts, private and public development, and redevelopment; 2 Utilize multiple typologies of architecture design standards and construction knowledge to complex projects; 3 Developing design prqiects through entitlement process, preparing CEQA documents is desirable including Initial Studies, NegativeMitigated Negative Declarations, and EIRs;4 AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, Sketchup, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design and Excel;5 Collaboration tools including MS Teams, Zoom, and Miro; AND 6 Familiarity with zoning codes, building codes, standards and building systems. All experience must be accrued concurrently. Incidental telecommuting may be permitted.
