Specific Skills: the candidate must have at a minimum a bachelors degree in law. a foreign equivalent of the bachelors degree is acceptable.br any legal experience is preferable, especially in government.br the candidate should be fluent in Russian, Kazakh, and Turkish languages to work on cases of Kazakh, Turkish, and central Asian clients and to interact with the clients directly and effectively.br the candidate should have enough knowledge to be able to assist immigration attorneys by preparing immigration cases, including specifically, but not limited to, political asylum applications, eb1immigration petitions, nonimmigrant business visas applications e2; l1a; l1b, o1; p1, etc., familybased petitions, applications for extension and change of status, appeals arising from the denial of said, applicationspetitions, motions for reconsideration of the decisions about denial.br for these purposes, the candidate should be able to draft written statements, affidavits, letters, and other documents in support of the applicationspetitions for immigration benefits,br effectively communicate with the new and current Turkish and Kazakh clients regarding their immigration cases, and gather all necessary information from them.br the candidate should also have enough knowledge to be able to assist immigration attorneys by conducting the following activities monitor and review immigration laws and regulations and updated immigration forms;br conduct research on country conditions mostly, turkey, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and Tajikistan and prepare written reports accordingly;br prepare recommendation letters from the experts in the relevant field of endeavor of an EB1 visa petitioner.br the candidate should be able to make other supporting marketing and legal activities to fulfill the duties for this position.
