FOR THESE PURPOSES, THE CANDIDATE SHOULD BE ABLE TO DRAFT WRITTEN STATEMENTS, AFFIDAVITS, LETTERS, AND OTHER DOCUMENTS IN SUPPORT OF THE APPLICATIONSPETITIONS FOR IMMIGRATION BENEFITS, EFFECTIVELY COMMUNICATE WITH THE NEW AND CURRENT KAZAKH CLIENTS REGARDING THEIR IMMIGRATION CASES, AND GATHER ALL NECESSARY INFORMATION FROM THEM.br THE CANDIDATE SHOULD ALSO ASSIST IMMIGRATION ATTORNEYS BY CONDUCTING THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES MONITOR AND REVIEW IMMIGRATION LAWS ANDbr REGULATIONS AND UPDATED IMMIGRATION FORMS; CONDUCT RESEARCH ON COUNTRY CONDITIONS MOSTLY, KAZAKHSTAN, KIRGIZSTAN, AND RUSSIA AND PREPAREbr WRITTEN REPORTS ACCORDINGLY; PREPARE RECOMMENDATION LETTERS FROM THE EXPERTS IN THE RELEVANT FIELD OF ENDEAVOR OF AN EB1 VISA PETITIONER.br THE PRIOR LEGAL EXPERIENCE WITH KAZAKH CLIENTS IS PREFERABLE.br THE CANDIDATE WILL WORK FULL TIME, 5 DAYS A WEEK, 40 HOURS PER WEEK.
