Specific Skills:Requires a a Masters degree, or foreign equivalent, in Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field with one year experience in design and development of immunological assays and bioanalytical laboratory experiments.br br The position also requires the one year of experience in each of the following, which may be gained concurrentlybr br Developing ELISA assays with focus on hybridization ELISA development for bioanalysis of nucleic acidsbased therapeutics in variety of matrices such as plasma, tissue, and CSF, developing hybridization PK assay for NRDIMTplatformHTT studies, and developing adapted from discovery hybridization PK assay for MAPT;br br Developing novel bioanalytical methods for quantification of biomarkers using immunoassay platforms ELISA,MSD and planning experimental design and execution of all aspects of bioanalysis, efficient assay development and creative problem solving, including development of MSD assay for C9orf72 polyGPbr br Performing sample analysis according to established method protocols in different biological matrix, e.g. plasma, tissue, CSF etc., including analysis of various tissue samples for NRDIMTplatformHTT, bone marrow samples for SNP12, CSF samples for polyGP, and plasma samples for C9orf72;br br Designing and executing molecular or cellular laboratory experiments, interpretating results using statistical analysis, and performing method development and qualifications in biological matrix to support preclinical and clinical Discovery PKPD, tolerability, investigative Tox and PK studies, including assay development and sample analysis for MAPT PKPD studies;br br Compiling and analyzing molecular or cellular experimental data in accordance with industry guidance FDA and EMA and validation best practices, and producing various reports for use in QC process for HD SNP12, and MAPT research programs;br br Organizing, prioritizing, and conducting biological laboratory activities and managing CRO activities such as assay transfer, qualificationvalidation, sample shipment and assay implementation for MAPT program; andbr br Maintaining laboratory records and data, and preparing experimental reports, manuscripts, and crossfunctional data presentations.
