In order to properly negotiate, contract, plan and execute on a successful event it is critical that they have an event planner that is fluent in verbal and written Spanish, that understands the cultural nuances of the Spanish culture as well as having an event experience. Additionally, this position helps with the ASEA advancing life foundation, approximately 50 of their projects are in a Spanishspeaking country, where they need to communicate with both the nonprofits and the villagers. Approximately 90 100 of these situations require Spanish language skills. The past three years their major project for the foundation is in Ecuador, being connected to this countrys culture and having knowledge of the cities was key to planning and executing the expeditions.
