Minimum five years experience administering and upgrading complex thirdparty systems e.g., ERP suites with Enterprise Level Application Development experience. Must possess core business applications knowledge such as Infor M3, WMS, ION, SAP, or Oracle relevant to ERP. Qualified candidates should also have a minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience working with offshore teams to deliver costeffective quality business solutions. Experience may be gained concurrently.br Ability to comprehend financial principles through analysis of balance sheets, profit loss statements and other detailed financial documents as demonstrated through prior work involving discussions with leadership regarding IT budget required. Ability to prepare KPI reports through various tools such as BIRST, excel and other M3 related systems. Advanced communication skills through previous experience in the following contexts multidisciplinary project meetings, technical reviews with architects, developers, and SMEs. Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, launch, and deliver multiple IT projects on time and within budget as demonstrated by the setting and delivering upon approved KPIs.br Note to H12 No box checked out of an abundance of caution due to uncertainty over meaning of normal for the occupation.
